Yoga is complimentary to veterans, local police, fire and emergency service workers. To participate, just show up to a scheduled Yoga class and introduce yourself. We can also bring Yoga to your facility for group training. Contact Twyla at 704-451-1760 to arrange a class today!

Twyla holds a training certification in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery from the Veteran’s Yoga Project. Mindful Resilience uses yoga, controlled breathing and meditation techniques developed specifically for veterans and emergency service workers exposed to post-traumatic stress and other psychological difficulties.
